At HIT Foundation, mentorship plays an important role in helping students turn their academic knowledge into practical skills. Through dedicated guidance, more than 57 students have received support in understanding technical concepts, exploring new technologies, and working on practical projects.
The mentorship focuses on encouraging students to ask questions, solve problems, and gain confidence while learning. By providing continuous guidance and sharing practical insights, mentors help students better understand the expectations of the IT industry.
